DVS Connect is the access to your smart solutions of the DVS TECHNOLOGY GROUP. On our digital customer platform, you have a clear and up-to-date overview of all your data, information and applications.

The machine file provides centralized access to all machine information, including the current edge, documentation and production data.

Tool Management

DVS Tool Management brings order and overview for your tools and creates clarity about their current condition. A smart logic informs you about the still possible uses and recommends timely reorders if desired.

HRI

Monitor processes, detect wear, evaluate quality - HRI measures and analyzes vibrations, force and temperature in the production process and uses them to calculate an index value that lets you detect potential damage and defects even before they occur. HRI offers you several application packages: You can use HRI directly at the machine as well as at your workplace.

Connect Applikation ProAC

Pro AC

On the way to the smart machine, with ProAC we offer you a logic for calculating the profile angle correction during hob peeling, which is based on sophisticated 3D vector calculations. The special thing about it: You can use the application very easily via the customer platform DVS Connect or with DVS Edge also directly on the machine.

DATAGRAM RECORDING

How would it be if the relevant data were stored for each workpiece and you could thus log the conditions under which a workpiece was manufactured? With DVS Datagram Recording from DVS Edge, you can decide whether you want to store the part tracking of your workpieces locally or centrally and analyze it later.

Energy Monitor

The DVS Energy Monitor creates the basis for determining the energy consumption of your machines and supports you in achieving your CO₂ emission targets and reducing the use of resources in your production.

MACHINE INTEGRATION

Integrating machines with surrounding systems on the store floor can be a challenge. DVS Edge allows flexible integration of the machine with standard protocols such as OPC UA, REST and MQTT. but also offers interfaces to proprietary MES and BDE systems.
